My Go-To Healthy Sites…

As I sit at the computer this morning I have to laugh at how many sites I have up on my browser.  I love checking out other people’s sites.  There are so many inspiring, creative and downright fantastic sites out there and today I wish to share verses keeping all of the goodies to myself.  So here they are…drumroll please…

Chocolate Covered Katie

If you ever wanted to have your chocolate cake and eat it too, Katie is the gal.  Her recipes are super yummy and full of healthy ingredients.  So go ahead, eat a whole batch of fudge babies.

Recipes to Nourish

Ok I admit.  I just found her blog and haven’t made anything yet, but I can tell you  that her honey sweetened hot chocolate is nearly identical to mine (which is super tasty!) so I feel quite confident the rest of her recipes rock!

Oh She Glows

I made her homemade “rolo” knock-offs a few weeks ago and they knocked our socks off!!!!!

The Institute for Integrative Nutrition

You didn’t think I would leave out my school did you?  I LOVE this place!!!  If you want a fresh perspective on life, a place where everyone is reaching for the greater good – look no further.  If you think you want to go down the path of becoming a health coach let me know, I’ll talk your ear off about it…:)

100 Days of Real Food

If you think eating healthy cannot be done for newbies…check out how this family went from Zero to 100% in 100 days.

Jamie Oliver

It’s pretty amazing that someone can get this much attention for something as simple as eating better.  Love it!!!!

Chic Ceo

Yes, I know this website/blog has nothing to do with food…but it has everything to do with mind frame and getting out there – living your life and not letting your dreams stop just because you were not sure how to get started.  “Like” their facebook page and you will have daily inspirational quotes that will make you think and smile.

I could go on for pages…(I am hoping to add a link/blogroll very soon!!!)

Now it is your turn.

What are some of your favorite websites for health?  And remember health doesn’t mean just food, but mind frame, spirituality  fitness, etc.
