Fast Healthy Lunches

Packing a healthy lunch for school does not have to be time consuming.  The key is to make it fun by creating little sections of “grab and go” food.

All of these lunches took less than 10 minutes each.  Keep in mind that I have twins, so that is 10 minutes for 2 lunches.

FYI –

  • If you want the apples to stay fresh -soak them in lightly salted water for just a few minutes.
  • If you want your kids to eat all of their lunch give them smaller portions.  They can always eat a big breakfast and supper.  I have found that if I pack too many things they just eat one or two.

Just think colorful and finger food!  Your kids will love your healthy lunches.
