You’ve probably heard that lemon water is good for you, but what are the benefits of drinking lemon water?

A gazillion!  Well, ok, maybe not a gazillion, but if you and your family can start drinking lemon water in the morning upon waking you will notice dramatic shift in your health.

When we wake up in the mornings our bodies are acidic and need hydration.  This is part of the normal cycle of the body.  Like everything in nature, our bodies have a rhythm.  Lemon water helps the body to keep in balance by supporting this natural rhythm or cycle.
